Send a fund-raising email or letter. Create a personal ask
letter/email to send to prospective donors. Be sure to share the
importance and need for your fundraising efforts. Include a

for donors to contribute.
Be sure to include vendors/suppliers to your ask list.
Make personal calls to ask for pledges or place a reminder call if
mailing out letter/emails.
